Gluten Free Labor Day Dinner
Need a quick and easy recipe for your gluten free Labor Day? Just pick up the following few ingredients and fire up the grill. It’s that easy & delicious!
Gluten Free Chicken in a Barbecue, Soy and Duck Sauce
Ingredients:
Barbecue Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
Duck Sauce (Any kind that is gluten free)
Gluten Free Soy Sauce (I use Tamari)
Chicken Thighs
Directions:
Clean & remove skin from chicken thighs. Add BBQ, duck and soy sauce to chicken. A little bit of soy sauce goes a long way so I usually add a 1/2 container of soy sauce, 1/2 container of duck sauce and a 1/4 cup of soy sauce to a value pack of chicken. Allow all three sauces & chicken to marinade for 24 hours. Refrigerate.
After a day, take out the chicken and grill when ready. Serve with fresh corn, a vegetable, pasta salad and enjoy!
